R. Plateo Signed Hopi Clown with Watermelon Wooden Katsina Doll Vintage Kachina

Vintage kachina clown handcarved doll, with wooden watermelon and knife, leather trim all handpainted. Plateo and Clown on the base. Stands 8 1/2" tall in total x 5" across his arms. Good overall condition, paint still quite vibrant; appears to have had his knife handle reglued. See photos, all sides shown plus closeups.
